Our Salmon Roe is from Alaska with very large translucent eggs and delicious salmon flavor. Russians first enjoyed it in the early 1800’s. Since then, due to its enticing color and fabulous flavor, it’s popularity has grown worldwide. Salmon caviar is a high-quality natural sea gift.The caviar is nutritious and rich in vitamins A, D and E, amino acids and protein. The roe comes from the most prized chum salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) is a species of anadromous fish in the salmon family. It is a Pacific salmon and is also known as dog salmon or Keta salmon. Giant, red succulent eggs are surprisingly mild. The color ranges from bright red to light orange. The taste is considered piquant and delicious with pleasant caviar aroma. The pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) (from the Russian gorbuscha) is a species of anadromous fish in the salmon family. It is the smallest and most abundant of the Pacific salmon. The roe is little bit smaller then chum roe and it has unique flavor. This caviar is guaranteed for freshness and unquestionable quality.
